In addition to the recyclable materials and food waste (compost) collections, the borough offers the following collections:
- Bulky objects and construction materials
- Garden waste and dead leaves
- Household waste (only for items which aren’t included in the other collections)
- Additionally, hazardous household waste items such as paint, aerosols, and used oil (amongst other items), should not be disposed of in regular household waste
- Ecocentres are also an important drop-off location for items which aren’t picked up by the regular collections
